The 2019 HR-V hasn’t been rated by the IIHS yet. However, the 2018 Honda HR-V safety ratings were positive.  Crashworthiness was rated as “Acceptable” for its driver-side small overlap front test**, and the moderate overlap front, side, roof strength, and head restraints and seats were rated as “Good”**.
