We don't keep a car forever. Every few years either my husband or I call Deb Allen to ask her what kind of inventory they have. She remembers what we like and contacts us when she gets a car she knows we'd like. She's been spot on every time. This is the third or fourth car she's sold us and she's never disappointed us. Any dealership should count themselves the dealership of choice with someone like Deb Allen in their sales department. I'll continue to refer friends to her because we trust her to find exactly the right car. A point of information, I used to say I'd rather have a root canal than go through the onerous car buying process, but Deb has changed all of that. Had been searching for a new vehicle for two years, finally knew exactly what we wanted. Walked in, told him what we wanted to test drive. After that, we bought it. Only downfall, is the guy that does the financial services, told him upfront, we didn't want any extras, kePT bugging us to purchase extras! Perhaps he will listen to his customers from now on!

It is not very often that you can label a car dealership as having integrity and honesty. My experience with Underriner Honda and Deborah Allen was just that. My past experience with a car dealership was very negative. I had such a bad taste. That all changed when I met Deb. Everything she said was right on and the staff ensured I received the best deal.
