I recently purchased a 2025 Honda Pilot. The sales person I worked with was Lauren, she was very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my questions. She's a 10! She'll treat you right! They had just had a system upgrade so the paperwork for the final cost was a bit confusing but they did their best to explain the paperwork and in the end the price was what I had expected.
WARNING..... Service Department knuckleheads are lost. Took my 11 year old car in for oil change, advised them of rattle in engine. Kid advised he knew exactly what was wrong. They replaced a belt for too much $$$$. Result?: Rattle was still there, and no oil change performed per invoice. Took car back in for OIL CHANGE and advised rattle still present. Shawn in the service department has no customer service skills. Very rude and condescending individual.
I have dealt with this dealership for years. Have leased at least 6 or 7 vehicles from them. Always had wonderful service until the last year to year & a half. It must be under new management. All of the people I have seen in the past are gone. Now when you go in, nobody even acknowledges you. It is like they don't care about your business. The most unfriendly staff I have ever dealt with. I haven't ever seen one of them smile. People walk by when you are waiting.....nothing.

This dealership is garbage. There were undisclosed issues with the car, they allowed me to drive it home with unsafe tires, the staff ignore you after your purchase, it's been over a month and they still haven't released the title even though I didn't finance through them and they're paid in full...I can go on and on. What an excellent experience my daughter and I had buying her brand new 2022 Honda Pilot Black Edition from Underriner! Purchased a Honda Ridgeline from Underriner Honda - Billings. Salesman was Joe Scheffelman. If your buying a Honda, buy it from Joe. He and Scott were very easy to work with, and I feel gave us the a great deal and finance package. I shopped the numbers and Joe came out the best. We will buy our next Honda from Joe.

Scam alert! They sold my car to someone else after waiting months for it to come in. Buyer beware! It shows it's being delivered, salesman contacts me...I get the final price and when i call the sales woman back,, she tells me the manager sold it to someone else...I can't blame the salesman cause it looks like she fought for them to not double sell my car to someone else. Alice helped us find our new minivan and I cannot recommend her enough. Underriner breaks the "car salesman" stereo type and actually allows for a pleasant shopping experience. They are knowledgeable without being pushy and want to help you. Jason also went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and had everything we needed. upset with underiner over our 2017 dodge charger purchase, The air cond does not work and am told by underiner it will cost us 399.00 to check it out and then if it needs parts their warranty will cover it, what a joke to have to pay this for a car we never even had 2 months. is this how customers are treated,
Underriner Honda in Billings MT is the absolute worst dealership I have ever had to deal with. The service department is extremely rude and shady. They will go to extreme lengths to not warranty their cars. I will never go to Underriner Honda again. Underriner Honda is the WORST dealership in Montana. Stay away!

I will never use Underriner Honda for service again. I when in for a oil change and it ended up costing me $1378.12. They advice me that I needed a timing belt and a new water pump. The scam worked and stupid me I fell for it. I only have 28,220 miles on my Honda ridgeline and my owner's manual shows it should be changed by 60,000 Miles. I will never buy another car from them or use their service. BIG RIPOFF.
My wife and I purchased a new Honda CRV Touring 2 weeks ago. We worked with John French to learn about all the safety features on this car. He took the time to show us everything, discuss all the features on the car and was an absolute great person to work with. Since purchasing the car I have returned 2 or 3 times about different things and John has always made time to help me with my questions. I can highly recommend Underriner Honda and especially John as a great place to deal and be treated great through the entire process.

We bought a 2007 Honda Accord EX in Feb. This was our first time we had it serviced. We live just outside Richey MT which is 4 hrs away. I made an appointment. We got there an hour early and they took us right in. They were very courteous and they went way to get us taken care of. They even washed our car which was a surprise and since it was our first visit since we bought the car, the service charge was free. We plan on having our car service there all the time.
We purchased our third vehicle from Underriner and specifically Deb Allen. Deb went over and above to find the right car for us. Thank you!

It is not very often that you can label a car dealership as having integrity and honesty. My experience with Underriner Honda and Deborah Allen was just that. My past experience with a car dealership was very negative. I had such a bad taste. That all changed when I met Deb. Everything she said was right on and the staff ensured I received the best deal. One of the best experiences I could have. I am a customer for life.
A wonderful experience! The service was great. Deb met us at the door. She was really great to work with! She found vehicles that we were interested in, let us do test drives as she explained each of the vehicles to us. And we were also very impressed with the new management - Corey was very accommodating and our discussion with him about financing/purchase went very well. We would definitely recommend Underriner Honda. Thanks to them for a really easy nice experience - the time spent with them was very pleasant.
Can't say enough good things. On vacation from Iowa pulling teardrop camper with Pilot..engine and vtr4 lights came on 40 miles w. of Cody,WY. Left camper there and drove 106 miles to Billings. I purchased a new CRV in 2007 and have been so pleased with that car and the service provided that I replaced it with a new 2014 CRV last week. Dan Chumney, the sales person pleasant, knowledgeable, and thorough. I even enjoyed working with the finance person, although I only had to write a check.
Wanted to buy a new cr-v from them and this would have been are second one we would have bought from them, but they try to screw us over so much on the price of our old one and no extra deal on anything plus not finding the car we wanted. They could get one in with 400 mile on it but we wanted a new one. This would have been the third car we got from them.
