Phase I:
My experience with Underriner Motors has been most positive. I was searching for a specific vehicle on-line, within a distance of 500 miles from where I live. An exceptional specimen popped up on the screen, I responded via email, leaving my contact info, etc. I promptly received an electronic response from the dealership and, in particular, from the person (Jon) with whom I would be dealing with right up to delivery and purchase. Mostly, I communicated with this friendly and accommodating individual by telephone to get as much info as I could, as I was unable to make an immediate trip to the dealership to test drive and inspect the vehicle. It didn't matter, because I knew immediately that Jon was working on my behalf and that he was genuinely concerned that I be accurately informed. He sent me photos of the vehicle and even inspected it personally with me on the phone - asking him detailed questions about the car. Once informed, my decision was easy and I was able to make an offer. Again, I could tell that Jon was more concerned about representing me, the customer, than he was about his own self-interest in the deal. I never felt pressured and, more importantly to me, never got the stereotypical "sales pitch." In short, this salesman had established a sense of "trust" which allowed me to feel confident enough to commit to purchasing the vehicle without even seeing it in person.
Phase II:
It was only at the end of the work week that I was able to go to the dealership to test drive and make my final decision. My wife and I were received in a professional and friendly way and the process was painless. In fact, after the test drive and examination of the vehicle, it was immediately clear to me that there were no surprises and, as a result, I had no hesitation in finalizing the deal. I was well represented by Jon and felt that I had made an important contact, not only with a trustworthy dealership, but also with a quality individual who represented his dealership with confident sincerity. Your service department is FANTASTIC! We were stranded in Montana without air conditioning during 100 degree weather. You fit us in on a Monday morning and by noon we were on the way.
